The local records process lists a $5 charge per report, says victims receive one free copy of their incident report with ID, and states that records generally must be picked up in person. Ask for the specific record type, full name, booking date if known, and any booking number or inmate ID from the roster. Avoid asking the records office to search broad groups of people or to provide informal legal status. Mugshot Removal and Sealed Records
No local Carter County policy was found stating that a roster photo is removed after dismissal, acquittal, expungement, or release.
