Search Terms
When a visitor types a name, location, or similar detail into a partner search box, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Carter County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor emails or submits a contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to review it and respond. It is not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement calls for disclosure.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard web systems may collect routine technical information when a page loads, including:
